1 | Discover
We begin with a conversation to understand your goals, timeline, and budget. This step helps determine alignment and ensures we’re the right fit before moving forward.
2 | Pre-Construction
If we proceed, we enter pre-construction. A pre-construction fee is required, based on project scope and complexity. This phase allows us to review plans, coordinate with your team, and develop a detailed estimate.
3 | Refine
We review the initial estimate together, discussing priorities and opportunities. This often includes value engineering to align scope and budget while preserving design intent.
4 | Plan
With pricing aligned and details finalized, we move forward by executing a cost-plus construction contract. This formalizes scope, budget structure, and expectations so construction can begin with clarity and alignment.
5 | Permit
We manage permitting and approvals with the local jurisdiction. Our goal is to move efficiently and keep the project on track.
6 | Build
Construction proceeds under a cost-plus contract. You’ll receive daily logs with updates, photos, and milestones as the work progresses.
7 | Complete
We complete a final walk-through, address remaining items, and provide warranties and documentation. Support continues beyond move-in.
