Initial Meeting & Fit Assesement

We kick things off with a no-obligation consultation to understand your project—your goals, timeline, and budget. Whether you have plans in hand or need help finding the right architect, we’ve got you covered. Our trusted network of local design partners offers a range of styles and price points to match your vision.


Pre-Construction Agreement

If we’re a good fit, we’ll move forward with a Pre-Construction Agreement. We charge a Pre-Construction Fee, the scope and complexity of your project will determine this fee. This formalizes the process and gets you on our schedule and allows us to create a detailed, line-by-line estimate. This process is designed to give you the clearest picture possible of what to expect—each step, each cost, thoughtfully outlined. Once everything’s signed, we’ll dive into preparing your estimate.


Detailed Estimate

This phase typically takes 80–100 hours and includes everything from material and labor costs to subcontractor bids.The more information we have up front, the more accurate and tailored your estimate will be. As the scope evolves and decisions are made, we’ll stay in close communication—working together to navigate changes and keep everything on track.


Construction Contract & Kickoff

Once the estimate is approved, we’ll kick off the construction phase with a formal building contract that outlines expectations, timeline, budget, and scope of work.
