The Jones family found the perfect Hill Country property to put down roots. To make it happen, they worked with Fleener Greathouse to build in two stages. First, a small two-bedroom guesthouse that could be built more quickly and allow them to sell the previous property. Then, a bigger home that could better accommodate the growing family.
