Located just off Highway 290 in Fredericksburg, Sage Ranch is a complete reimagining of a dated 1990s farmhouse—we took a majority of the home down to the studs and reimagined the layout to better serve the homeowner’s lifestyle. The result is a light-filled, highly personalized home with Saltillo tile floors, custom cabinetry, a spa-like master suite, and a kid-friendly attic retreat with a bedroom, a bunk room, climbing wall, and cedar deck.
